Pricing FAQs
You do not need to enter credit card information to use our Basic plan. To start a trial for the Professional or Enterprise plan you will need to enter credit card details, however you will not be charged until after the free trial is complete.

Yes, you can do this on our billing page after logging into Notiv here.
If you upgrade mid cycle, you will be charged only the amount to top up the remainder of that current month to the new plan. From then on your normal billing cycle will continue on the new plan.
During each monthly period, Notiv will display transcription up to your quota. If you exceed your quota during the month, you can upgrade your plan to access your full meeting transcripts.
