The Google Meet recorder for your business
How to record on Google Meet with Notiv
Setting up and executing your Google Meet transcription
couldn’t be easier! Just follow these three steps for better
video conferencing.
Add the meeting to your
calendar
Once the meeting is part of your calendar, and the Google Meet invite is somewhere in the Title, Location, or Description fields, Notiv will be able to join automatically.
Make sure Notiv is turned
on
In the Notiv app on the Meetings page, make sure the button is toggled to on (this is the default setting).
Notiv starts transcribing!
Having enabled the ability to record, Notiv will be present from the first second that the meeting is scheduled.
Manual note-taking is a thing of the past, as Notiv records and creates a Google Meet transcript as you go.
Post-meeting, you’ll get your Google Meet recording transcript automatically, which you can search within, save and share.

Much more than a transcription service
You have your Google Meet chat transcript, but what else
is there to Notiv?
We share the heavy lifting
Rather than simply getting a Google Meet recording or a transcript, Notiv points you to the important information and gives you the tools to make sense of long-winded discussion points.
Search and share with ease
Don’t go sifting through the chat transcript of a two-hour meeting. With a quick search, you can find the phrase or singular keyword that you’re looking for.
Workflow integration
Operating like the assistant you never had, Notiv syncs with your calendar, sends meeting reminders, and even compiles a daily digest so you can catch up with what you’ve missed.
FAQ
The owner of the transcription will have full access, and with a click can easily distribute the transcription to anyone in or outside the organization, either as a read-only or editable file. See our step-by-step guide for document sharing here.
Yes! Notiv is constantly integrating with new tools. At the moment we have partnerships with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, Skype for Business, and many more! See a more complete list on our integrations page.
Yes! In the Notiv app you can create custom channels for sharing and collaborating on meeting transcripts. Use your team members’ emails to add them to your channel, and once they sign up to Notiv, they’ll have your permission to access the transcripts. See how to add people on this page.
