Notiv™ is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Growth Marketer to join our growing team. We are an early stage product-led SaaS startup so we are looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and positive individual who is excited about solving problems for people in elegant and iterative ways. In this position, you will be responsible for finding creative ways to drive awareness and acquisition, engage users, and retain customers. You will also embed analytics, run queries, isolate problems and opportunities, determine and implement solutions.

Notiv is expanding our team of entrepreneurial designers, product and machine learning engineers. We are looking for a motivated, passionate individual, excited about solving complex problems. The Role

As a Growth Marketer at Notiv, you will have primary responsibility for identifying and driving new growth opportunities. Notiv is a product-led company, so the role will require close collaboration with our Product and Customer Success teams to deliver outcomes.

You will be responsible to:

  • Propose, prioritize and deliver initiatives to drive market growth of Notiv.
  • Increase product awareness and acquisition of new users as well as referral-based growth.
  • Propose and manage budgets and external engagements as required.
  • Responsible for web content and social media channels.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of growth initiatives.

Who we're looking for

  • Passion! We are impressed by people who don't half do things. You have a thirst for knowledge, and challenge yourself to improve
  • No BS. You are able to 'Get It Done' and manage your time
  • Experimental mindset. You must be enthusiastic about testing hypotheses that motivate engineers, designers, and product marketing people to implement experiments.
  • Experience taking action based on data. Data is the fuel to our company’s growth, so being able to attribute meaning to data is key for our success.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. Growth needs multiple people with different expertise, so you must understand how to integrate efforts.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing. Ideally you have T-shaped type of knowledge, which means having a broad understanding of many topics that range from SEO to paid advertising to Google Analytics to landing page design, then deep knowledge in one or two.
  • Ability to deal with failure. You must understand that most experiments will not bring the expected results but that they can still bring a positive experience.
  • Ability to move fast. In most cases, implementing an imperfect MVP fast is better than taking a lot of resources to implement a perfectly crafted hypothesis.
